Terri Sharp has lived in the south-west for 38 years. She was raised in Albany, then moved to Donnybrook where her family lived for 16 years and where she was extensively involved in running several businesses. In 2007 Terri and her family moved to Bunbury where she has continued to live and work.
Terri joined the Western Australia Party because it values the lifestyle, environment and close communities that bond people together in this wonderful region. Terri wants to help maintain that special way of life.
Party Leader Julie Matheson said the Western Australia Party was delighted to welcome Terri to be their candidate. “We know Terri will genuinely represent the South West Region because she understands small business, tourism and produce of the area. Terri has highlighted examples of the current government’s decisions that are not truly reflective of the communities’ desires.”
Terri wants to enact changes that will enable better protection of the environment and achieve sensible, sustainable growth, health and well-being, education and employment. “Our communities should be alive with promise for the future,” she said.
