Greg Stephens

Greg, a farmer’s son, was born in Western Australia; his grandchildren are 6th generation Australians. He has worked tirelessly in Junior Cricket, Athletics and football clubs for many years. In the early 1990’s, Greg coached the first public school girls’ cricket and football teams at Balga High School.

Greg commenced teaching in the late 1970’s in Business Education initially at country schools. He then specialised with children who were intellectually and physically challenged for 25 years. He accepted a position in Bangladesh where he was able to help six families, in the school of a hundred, whose children had never been diagnosed with autism. He trained staff and wrote specialised programs for the children.
